What I Do…

I created this work because I know firsthand that midlife can bring a kind of change many women are not fully prepared for.

It is not only about hormones. It is not only about hot flushes, sleep, or physical symptoms. For many women, midlife and menopause can also bring emotional change. It can affect identity, tolerance, confidence, motivation, relationships, purpose, and the way you experience yourself.

When women are not given language for this, they can feel confused, alone, or ashamed of what is happening.

My background includes a Bachelor of Education, postgraduate counselling and psychotherapy qualifications, and experience in counselling. Together, these foundations shape the way I approach my work — as a therapist, educator, mentor, and guide — with warmth, care, and a deep respect for each woman’s lived experience.

My work brings together menopause-aware education, emotional understanding, nervous system education, identity reflection, and midlife meaning grounded in the latest neuroscience, counselling and psychological concepts.

I believe women deserve clear, compassionate, evidence-informed explanations for what they are experiencing — not vague reassurance, and not pathologising labels when what they may be experiencing is a major life transition.

I provide education, reflection, and personal growth resources. I do not provide therapy, counselling, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment through this website or my online programs.

My aim is simple: to offer women knowledge, reassurance, and a sense of safety as they move through this transitional phase of life — helping them understand themselves again, feel less confused by what is changing, and begin to feel steadier within themselves.
